Hi, I’m Joan Craig.

I’m a yoga therapist and functional movement specialist. My specialty is helping active adults move better so that they can do what they love. I’m an anatomy and biomechanics geek, so I love to help all your body parts work together…and get YOU back to doing what you love.

First time offered online to international participants! Receive log-in instructions when you register. You will need:

  • a computer or tablet to view the class
  • a place to practice where you can see the screen from lying down, sitting, and standing
  • chair without arms, 2 firm blankets, and a belt at least 4′ (or dog leash!)
